The Oswego Library District serves residents of the Villages of Montgomery and Oswego, Oswego Township including Boulder Hill and areas of Bristol and Wheatland Townships.
The Sugar Grove Public Library, located at 54 Snow Street in Sugar Grove, serves residents of the Village of Sugar Grove and Sugar Grove Township, including Montgomery residents located within the boundaries of Sugar Grove Township. Montgomery residents in the Foxmoor and Fairfield Way subdivisions are in the Sugar Grove Library District.
Every Montgomery resident is entitled to receive a library card from the library district in which they reside at no cost, while persons living outside the district are charged an annual fee. Information about library hours, circulation services and library programs may be found on each library's website.
