The Craft and Market Fair at Montgomery Fest is a fan-favorite of Montgomery Fest. Attendees are excited to see which vendors are present yearly and look forward to seeing you.

LOCATION *NEW IN 2024+
The VFW Post #7452 has graciously extended its parking lot space for our Craft & Market Fair this year. This will allow additional booth spaces and enable the vendors to stay in the exact location for sales on both days. Plus- the VFW hosts additional fest activities and entertainment, and you will be right there with the action. VFW Post #7452 is directly across from the Montgomery Village Hall off River St. at 121 N. River St.

BOOTH FEES & RESTRICTIONS
The 2024 fees and guidelines will be available when the applications are launched on or about April 1.
BOTH TYPE & ELIGIBILITY
Includes the selling of goods that are made by hand by the crafter.
Includes the resale of manufactured goods or services.
This includes NFP (501c3), schools, religious organizations, etc. Sales are not authorized.
The Montgomery Fest committee reserves the right to approve applications, view each booth after set-up, and request the removal of any items deemed inappropriate for sale at Montgomery Fest. Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the Montgomery Fest Craft & Market Fair and disqualification from any future craft events sponsored by the Village of Montgomery. Fees are nonrefundable in these instances.
One canopy per space is allowed. Participants must furnish their display material, chairs, stands, tables, tents, etc. Electricity is not available, and fuel generators are not permitted. No oversized canopies will be allowed. Trailers/vehicles will not be allowed in the craft area. Booths are to be kept neat. Entrants must remain for the entire show.
Exhibitors are fully responsible for their work and property care, safety, and security. Although the Montgomery Fest grounds will be patrolled at night, neither the Village of Montgomery nor its designees are responsible or liable for any damage, theft, or loss of works or property that occurs. Exhibits must be supervised during Craft and Market Show business hours.
