Farmers Agent Ryan Watson opened his doors this month in downtown Montgomery, 109 N. River Street.
The agency provides customized insurance coverage solutions for auto insurance, home insurance, renters insurance, life insurance and business insurance, in addition to a wide variety of financials solutions including IRA's, 401K Rollovers, Mutual Funds, Variable Products and 529 College Savings Plans.
“We are absolutely delighted to have businesses interested in our downtown. I have known Ryan for years and know that he will make a great addition to our community,” said Village President Matt Brolley.
An Oswego native for 27 years, Watson attended Northern Illinois University as a Marketing major, where he met his wife Erin, who is now a teacher at Oswego High School. He and Erin make their home in Oswego and are expecting their first child in February. Watson has been in the insurance industry eight years and spent over six years in insurance claims, giving him a unique perspective on advising clients of their insurance needs in today's litigious society.
"I am so excited to open our doors here in downtown Montgomery. When we first noticed this building was available, we thought it would be a perfect fit for our growing agency,” Watson said. “We have received wonderful feedback from residents in the neighborhood and other business owners, excited to see us in our building. We look forward to growing here in Montgomery, giving back to and being a part of the community for many years to come.”
Ryan Watson is joined in his office by Julie Saravia. Julie, her husband Mario and two children, Samuel, 12 and Mira, 9, make their home here in Montgomery. Julie has many years of insurance, office management and customer service experience. She also owns her own Interior Design business, Interiors By Julie.
