At 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 12th, a presentation titled “Do You Ever Think about Trees?” will be offered in the Board Room at the Village Hall, 200 N. River Street. In honor of Arbor Day, Village Arborist Ed Pfaff will discuss how people relate to trees and how trees influence our lives. He will also answer questions about types of trees best suited for this area, the best time to prune, etc.
This free event is being offered by the Village of Montgomery. There is no charge and the building is handicapped accessible. The monthly Senior Lunch and activity will begin at 11:00 a.m. after the presentation. There is a $4 cost for the lunch and pre-registration by May 5th is required.
