This event is FREE to participate in, and who doesn’t love a parade? Each year it is one of the most popular events at Montgomery Fest.
All participants must submit an application that can be found on the Village of Montgomery website at http://ci.montgomery.il.us/DocumentCenter/Home/View/652. The application deadline is July 23rd.
