The Montgomery Police Department received a Sustained Traffic Enforcement Program Grant from the Illinois Department of Transportation for the 2013 Independence Day/Fourth of July Campaign. This campaign will run from 06/28/13 through 07/07/13 and will focus on occupant safety restraint (seat belt) and Impaired Driving (DUI) enforcement. We stand committed to reducing the number of serious traffic related injuries and deaths through our traffic enforcement efforts. Please help us accomplish this goal by buckling up when you drive, putting your cell phone down, and designating a sober driver if you have been drinking.
