At 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 14th, a presentation by the Midwest Museum of Natural History in Sycamore, IL will be offered in the Board Room at the Village Hall, 200 N. River Street.
The presentation will discuss museum exhibits and the kinds of programming they offer, ranging from field trips and dissections to lectures and special events. A highlight of the presentation will be live animals from the museum, including a three-toed box turtle, bearded dragon, and ball python. If he’s up to it, Hercules the sulcata tortoise may visit as well!
This free event is being offered by the Village of Montgomery and is open to all ages. There is no charge and the building is handicapped accessible. The monthly lunch and activity for seniors only will begin at 11:00 a.m. after the presentation. There is a $4 cost for the lunch and pre-registration one week in advance is required.
