The Village of Montgomery will be holding a Solar Energy Forum on Tuesday, April 30th at 7:00 P.M. The Forum will be held in the Board Room of the Village Hall located at 200 N River Street. Guest speakers include representatives from ComEd, Seven Generations Ahead and the Citizens Utility Board. Topics of discussion will include how to apply for a solar permit, the available incentives that are currently being offered, how solar panels will affect your assessment and much more.
If you are interested in solar energy in a residential or commercial application, this forum is for you. There are many incentives for installing solar arrays in Illinois, and the Village intends for this event to provide answers to many of the questions that you may have regarding those incentives. The Forum is open to everyone, and we anticipate a great event with a large amount of educational information being shared.
