Open burning of leaves or trash is NOT allowed within Village limits. During the months of October and November, Village public works crews provide leaf pick-up services to Village residents. Residents who wish to have their leaves collected must have them raked neatly behind the curb/edge of roadway in front of their homes by 7 am on the Monday of each week. Both Kane and Kendall County prohibit open burning.Public Works

If you believe that your mailbox has been damaged during snow removal efforts, please contact the Village’s Public Works Department at (630) 896-9241, Monday thru Friday, between 7:00 am-3:00 pm (excluding village holidays). Once reported, a public works supervisor will conduct a field review of the damage and respond back to you.
