IMPORTANT UPDATE - November 1, 2024
The Village of Montgomery is pleased to announce an upcoming upgrade to our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software through provider BS&A. This transition will begin on November 4 and is an important step in improving the efficiency and quality of our services. No Permits or Contractor's Licenses will be processed between November 6 and November 11 as this transition takes place.
Key Details for Residents and Contractors:
- Payment Process: All online payments will still be processed securely through PSN (Payment Service Network) available online at montgomeryil.org or by phone 877-885-7968 (automated payment) or 866-917-7368 (live assistance).
- Temporary Delays: During the transition period, there may be instances of brief downtime with our internal software. Although payments will be accepted, you may notice a delay in the time it takes for your payments to post to your account. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
- Transition Timeline: The initial transition phase is expected to take approximately ten days. On November 15, our staff will have completed the onsite training for the new system modules, which will then be integrated across all areas of Village operations.
We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to enhance our services for the community. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our team.
