If you are a Montgomery-resident or part of a local group that is interested in using the Village Hall Multi-Purpose Room please submit an inquiry regarding your meeting or function.
The Deputy Clerk will review your request and follow up with an application if your event qualifies as a permitted use of the room.
When requesting meeting time, please be sure to include adequate time for your setup and cleanup.
Please include information on your function format, organizational mission, how you will utilize the space, and a brief description of the group's participants (i.e. adults, children).
