Appliances
APPLIANCE COLLECTION
One (1) appliance may be placed out for collection each week at no charge. Appliances are considered items such as a refrigerator or stove. Leave at least 2’ between carts and appliances for removal. To ensure removal, Email Service@LRSrecycles.com. Please include your address and the appliance you wish to dispose of. You can also dial 844-633-3577.
Additional appliances will be collected for a prepaid fee. Please call our office at least 24 hours in advance, on a weekday, to schedule the collection of more than one appliance.

OTHER BULK ITEM COLLECTIONS
LRS will collect one (1) bulk item per week and your regular garbage at no additional fee. Bulk items are small furniture or toys that do not fit in the cart. Bulk items include a chair, a loveseat, a couch or section of a sofa, a small desk, a table, or a children’s bicycle. Cumbersome items like a piano are not considered bulk or large and require a special collection.
CARPET
Carpet(s) will be accepted as a bulk item. LRS will remove up to 8 rolls of cut, tied, and bundled carpeting as one bulk item. Lose carpet will not be collected. Carpeting bundles may not exceed 4’ (feet) long and 18” (inches) in diameter or width, and no more than 50 pounds per roll. If you have more material that you would like to dispose of and would prefer to pay for the additional to have it removed, please call a day in advance to schedule.
CONTRACTOR BAGS
Contractor bags are considered bulk items. Loose garbage bags must be tied and may not exceed 30 gallons or 50 pounds when full.
MATTRESSES
Mattresses and box/bed springs must be in a plastic mattress cover and taped securely shut. Plastic mattress covers may be purchased at retail outlets such as Walmart, Lowes, Menards, Home Depot, storage unit facilities, and online at Amazon.
Cumbersome items that cannot be managed efficiently, such as a piano, sofa sleeper, etc., are considered a special pick-up, and residents must contact LRS for an estimate. Residents with more than one large item would like a special pick-up; please get in touch with LRS for an estimate on a special collection.
