Volunteer of the Year
The Village of Montgomery is proud to have many volunteers and supporters who make our community strong. To celebrate those who have given back, the Village is excited to host the 2nd Annual Volunteer of the Year Awards this June. The awards will recognize adults, young people, and organizations that, through volunteer efforts, help to make Montgomery a better place.
The Village sees many volunteers serving in various positions, like our Boards and Commissions, special events, and programming. In addition to all these formal volunteer positions, even more volunteers help the Montgomery community through their efforts. Please take some time on behalf of volunteers and nominate a youth, adult, and worthy group or organization for recognition. We want to celebrate the good people are doing and the fine work that volunteer organizations do. Please help us give them the recognition they deserve!
Consider submitting a nomination for a youth or adult individual volunteer, a group or nonprofit, or a local business that generously supports the community. Nominees can represent social, civic, religious, community, school, and nonprofit organizations within the Village of Montgomery community or that directly impact our community's residents. A panel of judges will select winners.
Now accepting nominations!
Fill out the form and nominate a volunteer today! The 2025 nomination period is open through May 15, 2025. 2025 Volunteers of the Year will be recognized the evening of Monday, June 23, 2025.
